Commission structure

Frequently asked questions

How and when do I get paid?

Commissions accumulate in your partner account and are paid monthly by bank transfer on a Net-30 basis once the referred client has paid their invoice. Payments are released once your balance reaches the AU$250 minimum.

What is the commission on a resident-director referral?

Resident director and local agent referrals earn 10% in the first year and 5% recurring for every year the client renews, calculated on the net service fee.

Is there a cost to join?

No. Joining the partner program is completely free, and it is non-exclusive, so you can refer to us alongside any other arrangements you have.

How are referrals tracked?

Each partner gets a unique referral link with a 90-day tracking cookie, so a client who clicks through is credited to you even if they take weeks or months to engage. You can also introduce clients directly and we will attribute them to your account.

Can overseas agents join?

Yes. Overseas company-formation agents and advisors in the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, the US and elsewhere are among our most active partners. Australia is a market you are unlikely to deliver yourself, so referring it to us turns work you would otherwise decline into recurring income.
