Aus Business Register is a professional services firm that helps international businesses establish and operate in Australia. We handle the regulatory, corporate, and administrative requirements so foreign companies can focus on what they came here to do: grow.

We are based at 1 James Place, North Sydney NSW 2060, and operate as part of the Prime Partners group.

We are a team of corporate services professionals with direct experience in ASIC registration, tax compliance, employment law, and the day-to-day realities of running a foreign-owned business in Australia. Our clients are typically mid-market companies entering the Australian market for the first time, or established multinationals expanding their local operations.

We are registered ASIC agents with direct lodgement access, which means faster processing times and fewer errors in your company’s filings. We deal with ASIC, the ATO, and state regulators regularly, and we stay across changes to legislation and reporting requirements as they happen.
